Method

The consulting activities of Nysna cover all aspects of managerial responsibilities, mainly, but not limited to, the service(s) and related departments.
Nysna attributes a lot of importance to clearly identify and formulate the companies’ objectives (mission statement), the Roles and Responsibilities of departments and individuals as well as to the processes applied within the organization. Nysna formulates a proposal on the procedures, the processes, the milestones and the timeframes of a specific project, all to be followed or realized during the study.

Key Performance Indicators

It is standard that Nysna does every study together with a team consisting of specialists of different departments of the customers’ company. For every process a workflow is made, enabling to identify the fields in which specific actions need to be undertaken. This leads to a number of projects, which are split in different sub-projects. The progress made in these needs to be measured in a quantitative manner, which is done via a number of Key Performance Indicators. These KPI’s are evaluated during the study itself and remain to be the instruments used to evaluate the impact of the organizational and/or procedural changes on longer term.

Implementation

The structural adaptations, either organizational, procedural or process oriented, resulting out of the “change management” study are discussed with the customer, whereby there is a strong focus on the implementation. Thereof, furthermore, Nysna assists management in the evaluation of the changes after a determined period of time to ensure that the objectives of the study are indeed realized.
Although the team of Nysna deals with multiple business activities within a company, it is specialized in as well traditional after sales support as in professional services. The reasons therefore are not only the experience and in depth knowledge of the team members on these subjects. Also Nysna is convinced that it is in these areas companies will make a competitive difference in the years to come.
High quality performances regarding advice, consultancy, asset management and partnerships with customers will determine the customers’ choice on which company to work with. Long-term relationships are essential and can, and will, no longer be based on product or even system offerings and sales. It is all about solution sales and collaboration over a long period of time.
